About us

Why Choose Lifestyle Pilates & Rehabilitation Studio?

*We are the longest established Pilates studio in Newcastle. Anita Delbridge Goswell opened the first commercial Pilates Studio in Newcastle in 2002.

*You are in a Pilates studio with highly qualified and experienced Pilates instructors with the benefit of being trained by Exercise Physiologists who have the knowledge in Movement Analysis and Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation.

*All clients have an individualised program established during their Initial assessment. This assessment is conducted by the Director, Anita Delbridge Goswell, who is an Exercise Physiologist and a Pilates Practitioner.

*After establishing a base program, sessions are small in number with supervision at all times by a qualified instructor. The instructor takes you through your individual program and will progress you as required.
